Our return policy allows you to return your scrub suits or lab coats within 7 days of purchase. To ensure a hassle-free return, please make sure your items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. While we can’t offer size exchanges so we encourage you to take your time choosing the perfect fit before you buy.
To keep the return process smooth and simple, we ask that you return your items in a neat and clean condition, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that the cost of return shipping may be your responsibility.
Note: Customized orders, including those with embroidery or special requests, cannot be returned unless there is an error on our end.
