- Non-Embroidery Orders: All non-embroidery orders will be processed and shipped within 3 – 5 days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Embroidery Orders: For orders including embroidery on items such as scrub suit or lab coats, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing. This extra time ensures that your customized items are crafted with the utmost care and precision.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- MedWear is responsible for handing over your order to the shipping company. However, please note that any delays in delivery once the package is with the shipping company are beyond our control.
- MedWear cannot accommodate or be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. We recommend tracking your package using the provided tracking number for the most accurate delivery updates.
