Processing Time:
- Non-Customised Orders: All non-embroidery orders will be processed within 3 – 5 business days.
- Customised Orders: Please allow an additional 2 business days for processing of embroidery and customised orders. 50% advance payment is required for customised orders.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- MedWear is responsible for handing over your order to the shipping company. However, please note that any delays in delivery once the package is with the shipping company are beyond our control.
- MedWear cannot accommodate or be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. We recommend tracking your package using the provided tracking number for the more accurate delivery updates.
