Customized Orders Policy

1. All embroidery and customised orders require additional 2-3 business days for processing.
2. A 50% advance payment is required for all customised orders.
3. Embroidery details must be confirmed clearly at the time of order.
4. Once embroidery is processed, no changes or cancellations are allowed
5. Customized orders can neither be exchanged nor returned.
6. Slight variation in font, placement, or color shade may occur due to production process
